Custom engraving options at the back of the watch are now available for a maximum of 20 characters. Expect a longer lead time of up to 3 additional days for custom engraving orders. Custom engraving orders must be paid beforehand (NO COD). You may write your message on the notes before checkout or send us a message.

Our watch straps are removable and orders come with a small watch adjuster tool to help remove extra links. Straps can also be removed by any watch repair store. Standard size is 20cm or 8in.

If you wish to have your watch pre-adjusted prior to delivery, please leave a note on your cart prior to checkout, or message us on our social media channels. Provide an exact wrist measurement for greater accuracy and better fit.

If your wrist size is above 20cm (much larger than average Filipino wrist), please inform us on the note prior to checkout or via email so we can add extra links.

Our watches are splashproof. We do not recommend exposing them deliberately to large amounts of water and moisture. Contact with small amounts of water (such as sweating, rain, washing of hands) will not damage your watch.

Approximate delivery lead times are as follows:

- Metro Manila: 1-4 working days

- Luzon: 2-6 working days

- Visayas and Mindanao: 6-9 working days
