Something wrong with your watch? Our bad!
DEFECTIVE UNITS
We promise only the best quality of watches to our customers. We guarantee a (3) MONTH warranty period from date of delivery for manufacturer defects and damages through NO FAULT of the customer.
Should your watches have any defects, please contact us at customerservice@narrawatches.com with a photo of the defect so we can settle any concerns. If it is deemed that the product is defective, we will arrange for a replacement watch to be shipped in exchange for the defective unit. Please make sure to inspect the watch as soon as you receive it.
The following conditions are NOT subject to warranty in case of damage by:
- Abusive or improper treatment
- Environmental factors such as, but not limited to, exposure to intense heat, prolonged exposure to water, moisture, or humidity, etc.
- Non-compliance with operating instructions
- Use of force (shocks, blows)
- Unauthorized repair attempts
- Normal wear and tear
Upon review, if it is deemed that there is a factory or manufacturers defect, we will replace or refund your watch free of charge if you contact us within three (3) months from invoice date.
Damages and Repairs
Should your watch be damaged within a period of three (3) months from invoice date, you may contact us at narra.wooden.watches@gmail.com and request for a repair.
For purchases that have already lapsed the three (3) month free warranty for damages, you may contact us at customerservice@narrawatches.com and we can opt to repair your watch as well, but this will come at a fee, depending on the severity of the damages, or to replace it with a new watch, at a discounted price.
Exchanges and Returns
Decided you no longer want a Narra Watch, or want a different model? No problem!
EXCHANGES WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY
Decided you wanted a different model instead of the one you bought? We will exchange your watch free of charge. We just ask that you cover the shipping fee back to us. Simply email us to process your request, and return the undamaged product to us along with the original box and all included cards. The watch must be in the same condition you received it.
Email us at customerservice@narrawatches.com. Email should contain the following:
1) Photo of the product from all angles
2) Proof of purchase.
We'll process your request and inform you if it is approved. Once approved, additional instructions will be sent via email.
AFTER 7 DAYS, BUT WITHIN 3 MONTHS
We will exchange your watch or refund your order (less any shipping, customization, engraving, & sizing fees). We will charge a flat 15% restocking fee. Contact us at customerservice@narrawatches.com to process your request and return the undamaged product to us along with the original box and all included cards. The watch must be in the same condition you received it.Email us at customerservice@narrawatches.com. Email should contain the following:

2) Proof of purchase.
We'll process your request and inform you if it is approved. Once approved, additional instructions will be sent via email.
REFUNDS WITHIN 15 DAYS OF PURCHASE
Short on cash? We will refund your complete purchase. Simply contact us to process your request and return the undamaged product to us along with the original box and all included cards. The watch must be in the same condition you received it.
